ABSTRACT ASTROLOGICAL PORTRAITS ™

An Abstract Astrological Portrait (AAP) is an abstract design of a person's astrological natal chart using the symbols for the planets and the signs that they are in, the sign of the north node, and when an accurate time of birth is available, the rising sign, also known as the ascendant. The original is made using art markers on an approximately 4" x 6" piece of paper. Photo prints are then made of the design and then I make a set of greeting cards using the photo prints.
Abstract Astrological Portraits make a unique gift. The original portraits are small in size (approximately 4" x 6") but they can be blown up to larger sizes and used to make posters, aprons, T-shirts, journal covers, stationary, tote bags, beverage containers, and a myriad of other items offered by the online photo printing companies. If you are interested in purchasing a portrait the cost is $61.00, plus tax and shipping. Included in that price is the original, a set of 20 greeting cards, including 10 small size and 10 larger size (or any combination you want, ex: 20 large, etc.), and a copy of the chart, if the time and location are available. When purchasing a portrait you may also have some artistic license by choosing the colors you want included in the design, if you like. The best way to do that is to look at the designs that I have done noting the number of the design and a particular color within the design, for example, "the dark blue in portrait #208", etc. Another option is to pick a portrait in which you like all the colors used. I will try to use colors as close to the chosen colors as possible, since I may no longer have that exact color. I like to have a combination of 8 or 9 colors to use in the design.
A portrait may be made for a birth, an event such as a wedding, or the beginning of anything. In order to make a portrait I will need the date of the birth/event. If you can also provide an accurate time and location then the portrait will include both the Moon sign and the Rising Sign/Ascendant.
